For Your Consideration: What I've Published in 2025

2025 has been my first full year as an author, after launching Magica Riot on November 1st, 2024. This year has been a wild ride, to say the least!

Magica Riot has sold over 4,200 copies at this point, and garnered a lot of acclaim, including a review from Strange Horizons calling it "brilliant trans joy." What follows are the works I've published this year. Whether either gets nominated for an award or not, I'm so happy that so many people have fallen in love with my characters and world, and I'm excited to bring you even more of them in 2026!

The first full sequel novel in the series, Magica Riot: Full Bloom picks up immediately after Magica Riot, continuing Claire's story as Magica Riot deals with the appearance of two distinctly different villains in Portland, as well as the surprising return of a couple of characters from the past. The early response to this novel has been tremendous, and I'm so incredibly happy that people appreciate the continued evolution of Claire's trans journey and her emotional happiness.
